Scope of work

• Clean out and remove all debris, old insulation and existing vapor barrier from the crawlspace.
• Install 1 downspout extension and connect to a discharge line that removes the water underground - dig a trench, install a solid sewage line and move the water coming from the roof away from the home at least 70 feet from the foundation (cover trench, removing existing soil included).
• Install at the end of the discharge line a discharge pop-up to disperse water away from the home.
• Remove existing vapor barrier and install new white 10 mil vapor barrier (1,880 sq ft) with pier overlap, secured with crawlspace staples or wire pins.
• Locate and seal accessible small openings, air leaks, holes and cracks throughout the crawlspace with expandable foam and mortar as needed (minor openings only - no structural crack or major masonry repair).
• Install 1 dehumidifier AprilAire E100 with condensation pump for moisture control.
• Install electrical outlet - breaker with GFI outlet.
• Seal all crawlspace vents from the inside to block outside air.
• Re-pin and re-hang usable existing insulation and install up to 3 bundles of customer-supplied R-19, 16-inch insulation.

Terms

• Work per Estimate #1212 (accepted). Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
• Warranty: 12 months workmanship.
• Payment: Deposit 50% / Final 50% upon completion.
